This huge piece of Butterscotch Amber was purchased in the 1970s by my Nana who was an antiques dealer. It has sat in her storage since and she recently passed it onto me to let it roam free into the World once again. It has a beautiful semi-opaque warm caramel color with light cream markings deep inside, you can tell instantly it's a nice aged piece. Antique butterscotch is very desirable and fetches a nice price.
It is set into sterling silver and golden brass. I have encircled the stone with a deep golden honeycomb setting with solid cast flowers and a dotted wire edging. The cuff sides boasts 2 large golden brass lifelike bees, with stamped leaves and smaller buzzing bees on the ends. The inside is carved gold with a floral pattern with yet more bees and flowers!
Cuff as is will fit a larger sized wrist best. It can only be pushed in slightly smaller to accommodate a standard sized or medium wrist. Unsuitable for small wrists. It is a large piece and statement sized. Hallmarked with my logo and purity stamps.
None of my photos have been digitally enhanced. Photos are taken in natural shade, no flash, during the afternoon.
All of my jewellery are One of a Kind statement pieces. All are handcrafted entirely by hand, in my studio in the Queensland Tropics.
Love it to bits! Have already received compliments when wearing it :o) Will be buying again...and again!
